They handle BIM applications according to project requirements, including clash detection, virtual construction, construction plan visualization, and quantity takeoffs. Proficiency in BIM software and some construction experience are required.
BIM Drafter: Supports both the BIM project manager and engineers by completing model drafting tasks. They build detailed BIM models and independently model building components. A solid understanding of civil and installation engineering, along with good graphic interpretation skills, is necessary.
