How to Create an Automatic Brick Layout and Detailed Table Statistics for Standard 240 Red Bricks in Revit

Start by opening Revit software. Select the grid and adjust the horizontal spacing to 120 and the vertical spacing to 53. Set these attributes to create a 1/3 staggered pattern, which will be used as the fill pattern family for mid-metric curtain wall panels.

Create a shape as shown in the image, assign a material to it, and then create a new volume item to be loaded into the project.

Next, select a face and divide the surface. In the properties bar, choose Family 1.

Modify the settings to the values indicated by the red arrow in the illustration below.

After completing these steps, load the component into your project and generate the quantity report. Below is an example of the detailed table output.
