How to Solve the Issue of Exporting NWC Files from Revit
When you need to export NWC files from Revit, you might encounter problems if you installed Navisworks before Revit or updated your Revit version. Previously, your computer could export NWC files without issues, but due to these changes, exporting NWC files may no longer work. If you prefer not to reinstall Navisworks, the following steps can help resolve this problem.
1. Open Programs and Features in the Control Panel, then locate Autodesk Navisworks 2016 Exporters – 64-bit (the exact name might vary depending on your version).
2. Select Autodesk Navisworks 2016 Exporters – 64-bit, right-click it, and choose Uninstall/Change. Next, click on Add or Remove Features.
3. Find the Revit 2016 (64-bit) plugin in the list, check the box to enable it, and then click Update.
4. Wait for the update process to complete, then click Finish to close the installer.
