How to Design Independent Sloped Railings in Revit

How to Create Railings with Slopes Not Attached to the Main Structure in Revit

Using Revit Software: When working on projects, you may often encounter stairs that have slopes without a main stair or ramp structure.

1. To draw the staircase shown in the image above, start by creating the railing. The railing should be divided into three separate sections.

2. Select the sketch line to edit its shape and alignment.

3. Finish drawing the entire railing layout.

4. Choose the railing editing tool and adjust the main style, as well as the positions of the start point, midpoint, and endpoint along the railing path.

Note: All size adjustments should be made according to the specific requirements of your project.
