The IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) format is widely used in the construction industry to enable interoperability between different software platforms.

To open or import IFC files, you need software capable of handling building and construction data, such as Autodesk Revit or Navisworks. AutoCAD Architecture also supports opening IFC files.
