Reinforcement Set Demonstration
In Revit 2015, when working with rebar sets, you can choose different display methods in views where multiple rebar set elements are visible.
For example, imagine adding stirrups to a rectangular beam and setting them to automatically arrange based on maximum spacing.
Once the reinforcement is selected, you can click on the option in the properties panel to adjust the view visibility and display the reinforcement in the plan view.
At this stage, note that the demonstration view option is not available in sectional views.
However, if you switch to a plan view where multiple stirrups are arranged, the properties panel includes an additional sub-option called “Demo View”.
Using these controls, you can manage how the rebar is displayed in the view—whether showing all bars, both ends, the middle, or selecting them manually.
