BIM Software Tip: Summary of MEP New Features in Revit 2015 (11)

Document: Images in the Detail Table

The 2015 version of Revit now supports creating detailed schedules that include images, allowing you to display graphical information for elements.

When creating a detailed schedule, you can add an Image parameter to the schedule fields, which creates an image column.

Next, you can assign corresponding raster image links to the Image parameters through the component’s properties panel or directly within the schedule.

Images can be added using the image management panel that opens during this process.

Within this panel, selecting an existing image allows you to delete, reload, or replace it as needed.

Once added, only the image names will appear in the schedule preview. To view the full layout with images, you need to place the schedule on a drawing sheet.
