BIM Software Tip: How to Extend the REVIT Quick Access Toolbar
Many users appreciate the convenience of REVIT’s Quick Access Toolbar. However, not everyone is aware that this toolbar can be customized and extended with additional shortcut buttons, as shown in the image below:
Suddenly, you might notice a variety of practical buttons available at your fingertips.
How to Add Buttons:
It’s quite simple. Just right-click on the function button you want to add, then select “Add to Quick Access Toolbar.”
Have you ever overlooked this feature before? Now, you might wonder how to remove any added buttons.
Two Ways to Remove Buttons:
First, go to “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” and choose the button you want to delete, then select “Remove.”
Second, you can directly right-click on the button within the Quick Access Toolbar and select “Remove.”
