Creating a Revit Drawing List

1. Go to the View tab, then from the dropdown menu select List of Drawings.

2. In the Drawing List Properties dialog box, choose the fields Drawing Number and Drawing Name.

3. After confirming your selection, the drawing list will appear as shown in the image below.

4. To add additional parameters, such as Picture Frame, you need to create project parameters manually. Click on the Project Parameters command, as illustrated in the figure.

5. In the detailed list, the Picture Frame parameter will appear. Add it to your detailed drawing list, as demonstrated in the image.

6. You can then manually enter the size of the picture frame.
