To export your model, go to Additional Modules — External Tools — Navisworks201X. Usually, the export process completes quickly and smoothly. However, if you encounter a pop-up message stating “Unknown error” during export, what could be causing this issue, and how can you fix it?

This problem often occurs because the .rvt file name contains characters that are incompatible with the NWC export process. Simply rename the file to remove any unsupported characters, and you should be able to export it without any errors.
