BIM software Tip: How to Resolve Continuous Loading Issues When Opening CAD
For CAD engineers, the goal is always to complete engineering drawings efficiently while ensuring both quality and quantity. Although CAD software is very powerful, users sometimes face recurring issues, such as continuous loading problems upon startup, file loading security warnings, and annoying prompt boxes. So, how can you disable these prompts from appearing every time you open CAD?
Precision and speed are key in engineering. Here are two effective methods to address this issue:
First, the quickest way is to open a CAD drawing file directly, or alternatively, open CAD and right-click on any blank space to bring up a shortcut menu. From there, click on Options.
In the Options dialog box, on the main interface, navigate to the menu bar and select System to open the system settings.
Within the System tab, locate the section at the bottom right labeled Executable File Location.
In the Executable File Location dialog box, under the Safe Loading section, select the first option: Load from all locations without displaying warnings. Then, click OK to confirm.
Return to the main Options interface, click on the Application tab, and then click OK to close the dialog box and save your settings.
