Peng Fei, Product Director of Yizhu Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., began by introducing the implementation process for PC (Prefabricated Construction) projects. This process includes deepening design, processing and manufacturing, transportation and stacking, on-site construction management, and node processing.

Mr. Peng emphasized that various stages of PC projects—such as prefabrication, logistics transportation, yard management, construction management, and data analysis—are all based on a unified platform to enable seamless cloud collaboration. Leveraging BIM cloud technology allows for smarter collaborative management, especially suitable for operating prefabricated projects.

BIM models are uploaded uniformly to the cloud where they undergo synchronized lightweighting. This process ensures data timeliness and security while reducing BIM application costs for on-site personnel. By integrating BIM with multidimensional information, the presentation becomes more intuitive and easier to understand for processing plants and construction site teams, ultimately minimizing errors during processing and lifting.

He demonstrated this through the Longxian Square project, showcasing how the application of BIM-based QR code and RFID technology upgrades traditional workflows.

With BIM and QR code integration, conventional material and equipment management becomes clearer and more efficient, while information collection and aggregation are more timely and accurate.
