Long Yufeng: Key Insights on BIM Application in Prefabricated Building Design

Long Yufeng, Vice President of Huayang International Design Group and General Manager of the Construction Industrialization Company, began by introducing Huayang International Design Group. He highlighted the company’s recent achievements and project experience in the prefabricated construction sector.

Since initiating industrial research in 2004, Huayang International has been a pioneer in China’s new industrial design research. It is recognized as the first design enterprise in China to obtain the “National Residential Industrialization Base” certification.

Mr. Long then elaborated on how to effectively integrate BIM into the design of prefabricated buildings, focusing on the value of combining BIM with prefabricated construction. His key points included:
