BIM Architecture: Designing a Cutting-Edge Coastal Recreation City for NEOM by Norlana/10 Design

NEOM has unveiled the design plan for Norlana, a visionary new city in the northwest region of Saudi Arabia. Designed by 10 Design, this ultra-modern coastal community promises a vibrant new lifestyle.

Situated along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline, Norlana is designed as a unique luxury community accommodating around 3,000 residents. It offers a contemporary, high-tech lifestyle and sets a new standard for sustainable modern living.

The community will feature 711 residential units, including luxurious mansions, spacious apartments, and beach villas seamlessly integrated with the surrounding sand dunes. Residents will enjoy the peace and comfort of nature within this tranquil setting.

Norlana offers a range of advanced recreational facilities, including a yacht dock with 120 berths. This will become an international superyacht hub, offering water taxi services for residents and visitors. The superyacht club will serve as a premium destination for enthusiasts to unwind, enjoy stunning seaside views, exceptional dining, and top-tier services.

The project also features an impressive 18-hole golf course nestled in the rugged mountains, complemented by a world-class equestrian and polo center nearby. Water sports options like sailing and diving allow residents to fully engage with the stunning natural environment.

Norlana is designed to redefine modern living with a focus on an active and healthy lifestyle. The community encourages residents and visitors to engage in sports, wellness, and joyful living within a magnificent and environmentally sustainable setting.

The design respects the coastal environment and aligns with NEOM’s commitment to sustainability. Norlana incorporates innovative, eco-friendly solutions to protect both the land and marine ecosystems, delivering an unparalleled ultra-luxurious lifestyle through the harmonious blending of nature and technology.

Before Norlana, NEOM introduced other luxury sustainable tourism destinations along the Gulf of Aqaba, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo.
