The project site is bordered by Jinghe Avenue to the north and Zhengyang Avenue to the west. Located 150 meters northwest of the site is the newly constructed Jing’an Huiaolai Park (commercial area), 650 meters west lies Chongwen Tower, and 700 meters north are Chongwen Middle School and the Chongwen Jiayuan Community.
Considering the site’s context, the design adopts a block insertion approach, rearranging functions according to various requirements and inserting distinct blocks accordingly. This strategy not only fulfills functional needs but also creates a prominent form that attracts pedestrian traffic, establishing a new landmark within the district.
