1. Exhibition Overview
The China International Hi-Tech Fair is jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China National Intellectual Property Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. The Architectural Technology Innovation Exhibition is a key segment of the Hi-Tech Fair and one of its most anticipated professional brand exhibitions. This event is co-organized by the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau, Shenzhen China International Hi-Tech Achievement Trading Center (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd.), and Shenzhen Green Building Association.
The 24th Hi-Tech Fair in 2022 coincides with the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and marks a pivotal year for implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan. It is a year of accelerated progress toward the second centenary goal, embarking on a new ambitious journey. In September 2021, the Central Office and State Council issued the “Opinions on Fully, Accurately, and Comprehensively Implementing the New Development Concept and Doing a Good Job in Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality.” In March 2022, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the 14th Five-Year Plan for Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building Development, highlighting goals to enhance green and low-carbon urban and rural construction. Energy-saving standards for new buildings will continue to rise, promoting large-scale development of ultra-low energy consumption, near-zero energy, and low-carbon buildings, opening new opportunities for industry growth.
This year’s Architectural Technology Innovation Exhibition will closely follow these development trends, showcasing the latest technologies and applications in prefabricated buildings, intelligent buildings, energy efficiency, and building industrialization, both domestically and internationally. Leveraging its reputation as an industry and technology benchmark and innovation leader, the exhibition integrates resources across the sector and offers an excellent platform for brand promotion, strategic planning, competitor analysis, and market opportunity capture.
