BIM Q&A: How to Change SolidWorks Background to Proe’s Classic Blue

Today, I will guide you through the process of changing the background color in SolidWorks.

Software version: SolidWorks 2016

1. First, open SolidWorks and go to the main menu. Click on Tools and then select Options.

2. In the system dialog box that appears, select Colors from the left-hand menu.

3. Next, click on the Edit button on the right side. Choose the color you want from the options available based on your preference.

4. Finally, after selecting your preferred background color, click OK to apply the changes. Your background color is now updated.
