The Lyf One North Technology City Shared Apartments in Singapore are situated within the One North Technology City Innovation and Technology Zone. This forward-thinking, vibrant co-living development serves as a community hub, offering unique shared public spaces designed for comfortable living, socializing, and entertainment.
Comprising two seven-story buildings connected by a habitable “bridge,” the project includes 324 units alongside various amenities. The architecture features a sharp geometric design that frames a visual corridor extending from Fusionopolis to the heritage residential buildings on Nepal Hill.

This development offers a range of social spaces, from public to semi-public. On the ground floor, the circular theater and multifunctional lane plaza can be adapted for public events and activities. The east and west sides of the circular theater benefit from shaded areas created by the connecting bridge, ensuring comfort throughout the day.

Residents have access to shared amenities including a public kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and an outdoor swimming pool. Green terraces are distributed across multiple levels, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and natural surroundings at any time. The rooftop lawn offers a versatile space for various activities, gatherings, and relaxation.
This diversity of communal spaces complements the smaller private apartments, encouraging interaction among residents and fostering a connection with nature in a comfortable outdoor environment.

The material palette for Lyf Weiyi Technology City Shared Apartments primarily features precast concrete combined with green landscaping, effectively extending the natural environment into the project’s core.
The façade showcases a variety of textures created by plain concrete panels with smooth surfaces, ribbed patterns, or rough aggregate finishes. Architectural elements such as sunshade uprights and canopies are integrated into geometric blocks, emphasizing the playful yet lightweight design concept.
Dynamic architectural spaces include extensive mural walls both indoors and outdoors, creating vibrant visual interest. Terraced greenery rises along outdoor staircases while vertical plants climb or hang from the building façades, establishing a harmonious blend of apartment living and nature.

The building’s angular geometric form extends into a three-dimensional foldable walkway canopy on the ground floor, providing shelter for pedestrians passing through.
These three-dimensional angular features are highlighted with vibrant red accents, creating a striking contrast against the concrete complex.
