BIM technology is now extensively utilized in construction and civil engineering projects across China. Each project showcases unique strengths during various application stages, highlighting diverse trends in BIM implementation. Below are examples from notable domestic engineering projects:
Wuhan Center Project
The Wuhan Center Building spans approximately 2.81 hectares, with a total construction area of 359,270.94 square meters. This includes 272,652.53 square meters above ground. The building rises 438 meters tall, featuring 4 underground floors (some parts have 5) and 88 floors above ground. Oceanwide Holdings invested in and constructed this project, with a total investment of about 5 billion yuan.
