The Public Enterprise Center at National Chengchi University is widely recognized for delivering exceptional learning environments and innovative courses. It serves as a vital training platform for civil servants, business leaders, and professionals across various fields. The renovation of the center not only expanded its physical footprint but also infused the unique urban culture and local charm, transforming it into an international hub for community sharing.

By analyzing spatial features, the design classifies and assigns functions to various areas, creating a space that is both efficient and engaging. The building is divided into two main sections: an exhibition area housing a lecture hall, conference rooms, classrooms, and seminar rooms; and an accommodation area offering 100 lodging units. These two sections are connected via a transparent glass volume that forms an indoor public flow space, including a flowing atrium and multiple floors. Large, multi-level openings invite vibrant energy from the surrounding commercial district.

Visitors enter through a bright lobby and public walkway that leads to a 30-meter-high cantilevered section of the flowing atrium. From here, key spaces such as conference rooms and classrooms are accessible. A suspended glass-box seminar room adds a striking architectural element, enhancing spatial drama and user experience. Natural light streams in through the skylight, dynamically changing the indoor ambiance throughout the day, while at night, outdoor lighting creates a captivating effect.

Greenery extends from the ground level to terraces and rooftops, creating an ecological oasis and enhancing outdoor quality of life within the city. These spaces serve as areas for faculty and students to relax, engage in academic discussions, and foster exchanges. The ground floor preserves mature trees and introduces native plants with layered vegetation, forming a natural green fence and lush landscape. Additionally, a spacious outdoor plaza exceeding 1,000 square meters is located at the southwest corner, establishing a welcoming entrance and functioning as a neighborhood park for relaxation and events.
