When ensuring modeling accuracy and adhering to model planning requirements, the following key points must be emphasized during the modeling process:
- Architectural modeling: Precise positioning is essential for stairwells, staircases, elevator shafts, pipe shafts, distribution rooms, air conditioning rooms, pump rooms, and ceiling heights.
- Structural modeling: The cross-sectional dimensions and positioning of beams, slabs, and columns must be accurate.
- Water system modeling: Each system must be correctly named. Water pipes with slopes should be modeled with the appropriate incline. Valves and insulation layers must also be included in the model.
- HVAC modeling: Correct system naming is required. Equipment and endpoints that impact pipeline integration, such as fan coil units and air vents, must be modeled. This also applies to HVAC water systems and related specialties. Additionally, ducts with insulation layers must have the insulation modeled.
