To the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committees (Bureaus) of each district and city, as well as relevant units:
Our department has approved two local engineering construction standards in Guangxi. These include:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeling and Delivery Standards for Urban Rail Transit, developed by Nanning Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd.
- Technical Specification for Application of Sintered Shale Hollow Bricks and Hollow Blocks, developed by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Building Science Research and Design Institute.
Both standards have undergone expert review and are now officially approved for publication. The assigned standard numbers are:
- DBJ/T45-033-2016: Urban Rail Transit Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeling and Delivery Standards
- DBJ/T45-034-2016: Technical Specification for Application of Sintered Shale Hollow Bricks and Hollow Blocks
These standards were released on December 21, 2016, and came into effect on March 1, 2017.
The Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will oversee the management of these standards. The respective editorial units are responsible for providing detailed technical interpretations.
