When installing Bentley software such as CNCCBIM OpenRoads or OpenBridge Modeler, you might encounter an error message stating that the payload of XXXXX cannot be copied (as shown in the screenshot below). This issue prevents you from proceeding to the next step in the installation process.
Cause Analysis:
To make software downloads easier, the official source often provides a Baidu Drive link for sharing the installation files. However, during the download, some files on Baidu Drive may become corrupted or the installation may begin before the download is fully complete.
Recommended Solution:
Please contact Bentley engineers to obtain a fresh copy of the installation package.
