Childhood is a chapter of the past that no adult can revisit, and its beauty can only be preserved within our memories. Stories ignite recollections, scents evoke nostalgia, and scenes awaken forgotten moments. Our goal is to craft a space—not large in scale, but rich in essence—with flowing white architecture, towering trees, birdsong, and floral fragrances. Squirrels dart among branches, natural light dances across curves, fostering mutual understanding and affection. This poetic, dreamlike environment feels unreal yet truly exists.

The seamless integration of architecture and landscape generates an air of mystery, where environment and structure intertwine organically. Space and landscape engage in a dynamic dialogue; space transcends rigid rules, and architecture abandons conventional geometry.

As Laozi said, “The highest good is like water.” We aspire for architecture to embody this principle—shapeless, flowing freely, and adapting effortlessly to varied terrains and environments. The flowing interiors form cave-like spaces, free from rigid architectural molds, where art and ideas collide.

We apply traditional Chinese construction techniques inspired by arch bridges and brick kilns to distribute and counterbalance forces. Each structural element supports and pulls against others, presenting the strongest materials in the softest forms to create dramatic visual effects. The predominant white palette aims to evoke a dreamy, surreal, and romantic atmosphere, while the interior fosters a serene and elegant space for communication.

A skylight crowns the building, allowing sunlight to pour in on clear days. As clouds drift, the space shifts between light and shadow, infusing it with wit and playfulness. On rainy days, raindrops patter against the glass, and looking upward reveals ripples in the sky, like a living poem or painting. At night, gazing at the stars over the sea, one drifts dreamily through space.

Architecture is more than just buildings, and space is more than just physical dimensions. It can revive childhood memories, offer a moment of release and reflection, or provide a cozy spot to share with a close friend. We envision spaces that transcend mere functionality to stir beautiful memories and facilitate self-healing.

Men and women often seem worlds apart—like Martians and Venusians—with very different personalities. The pressures of family, health, career, parenting, and the future weigh heavily on today’s busy lives. For men, the best relief is often retreating into a cave-like solitude, slowly processing their struggles. Women, on the other hand, find comfort in confiding and sharing their burdens with others.

As a tea tasting space, it naturally serves as a place for connection. A cup of wine in the vast world, a pot of tea in a millennia-old tradition—neither heroic nor sorrowful, just a gentle drizzle that quietly nourishes everything, like flowing water. Initially, one may not know what they enjoy in the music, but by the second listen, they become part of it.

Yunnan is a perfect place to cleanse the soul. The intricate ant nest beneath the vast sky becomes a captivating scene, healing the spirit and allowing time to pause. Every detail reflects the charm of local designers, quietly sharing their stories about their homeland.
