Preface
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a key national development strategy. The “Several Measures to Promote High-Quality Development of the Construction Industry in Guangdong Province” provides a clear path toward advancing the construction industry. Buildings featuring steel and wooden structures combined with metal enclosure systems offer numerous benefits: they are environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, strong, cost-effective, lightweight, quick to construct, factory-produced, and recyclable. These advantages have led to rapid adoption and widespread attention from construction institutions in recent years.
Hosted by the Steel and Wood Construction Branch of China Construction Industry Association and the Guangdong Steel Structure Association, and organized by Shanghai Zhanye Exhibition Co., Ltd., the 2022 Shenzhen International Metal Architecture Design and Industry Expo will take place from April 15-17, 2022 at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao’an New Building).
