Preface
Longfor Tianyi was conceived with a forward-looking vision to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals, aiming to create a healthy lifestyle tailored to their aspirations. As one of Shenyang’s premier luxury residences, Longfor Tianyi not only understands the lifestyle of an elite social class but also deeply appreciates their life philosophy, placing great emphasis on cultivating a healthy living environment.

True comfort and health represent the freedom and peace of mind, openness, and inclusivity that nourish the spirit, transcending material limitations. The true essence of a luxury home lies not in its size or materials but in its profound understanding of the occupants’ way of life. Longfor Tianyi embraces this philosophy, exploring the aesthetic of healthy luxury living through thoughtful attention to human needs.
Location and Surroundings
Prime Location Choice
Longfor Tianyi stands as Shenyang’s landmark project, situated within the first ring road in Shenhe District at 88 Wenhua Road. The site benefits from 60% of Shenyang’s cultural resources, inheriting the rich history surrounding the Shenyang Palace Museum. Nearby are prestigious institutions including the Second School of Literature and Art, Shenyang No.2 and No.7 Middle Schools, Northeastern University, Shenyang Conservatory of Music, and Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, making it a cultural hub within the province.

⊙ Location Map
Located at the heart of Shenyang’s Golden Corridor on Wenhua Road, Longfor Tianyi overlooks the Forbidden City to the north and the Hun River—the city’s vital axis—to the south. The site’s layout features a broad width and shallow depth, with a spacious overall form and generous spacing. The design honors traditional Chinese architectural principles by emphasizing axial symmetry, preserving cultural continuity in its urban planning.

⊙ General Layout Plan

Exclusive Private Landscapes
The northern edge of the site faces the river, while the other three sides border roads. To create a luxurious residential community that balances urban vibrancy with tranquility, commercial and residential buildings have been strictly separated. The six residential towers are set back from the street-facing commercial and apartment buildings, arranged in a staggered fashion. This layout ensures unobstructed river views for residents while using commercial zones as buffers to minimize urban noise and disturbances.

⊙ Landscape Perspective

The community consists of six 80-meter-tall residential towers, a 60-meter-high apartment building, and three commercial blocks facing the streets, forming seven central courtyards of varying sizes and shapes. The largest courtyard spans up to 2,000 square meters and, together with the main entrance, exudes an air of luxury. These interconnected courtyards create a cohesive spatial experience, serving as the structural backbone of contemporary garden design.

⊙ Planning Evolution

Facing the South Canal, the buildings are carefully staggered, allowing every unit to enjoy direct water views. Larger apartments offer 180° panoramic vistas without blind spots, while smaller apartments provide unobstructed views in the opposite direction. This design creates a dynamic, interconnected landscape experience that changes with the seasons, forming a harmonious and diverse “landscape alliance.”

⊙ Flowline Analysis
Inspired by LVMH’s Maldives White Horse Estate and embracing Jean Michel Gathy’s concept of “comfort,” Longfor Tianyi integrates art, heritage, and privacy to craft a world-class artistic living environment filled with ceremony and spirituality. The project upgrades Longfor’s original five-dimensional garden landscape, delivering resort-level landscaping in Shenyang and maximizing year-round scenic enjoyment.

Architecture
Refining Complexity into Form
The facade design of Longfor Tianyi reflects the texture and elegance of top international luxury residences. It features a modern aesthetic with simple forms enhanced by refined lines, elegant window frames, and textured aluminum panels. This approach delivers a sophisticated effect both up close and from afar. The use of high-rise forms shapes the urban skyline, establishing a distinctive regional landmark.

⊙ Facade Development

The facade is composed of three main sections: the top, the standard middle section, and the base. The top features a glass curtain wall made from the same materials used in New York’s 432 Park Avenue tower, combined with champagne gold aluminum panels, forming a clean, elegant line that is both stable and majestic. This design is transparent, bright, visually stunning, and energy-efficient. The facade dynamically changes with sunlight, moonlight, and artificial lighting, offering a captivating aesthetic.

The middle section emphasizes verticality, combining stone and metal rods with clear, transparent glass to create a modern, elegant appearance. Vertical aluminum panels paired with horizontal lines enhance the facade’s three-dimensional depth.

⊙ High-Fidelity Facade Comparison
At the base, the design emphasizes an impressive entrance experience, utilizing imported aquamarine stone complemented by champagne gold aluminum panels. The 5.1-meter-high lobby showcases the high quality of this luxury residence through meticulous material detailing.

The residential towers use curtain wall facades selectively: the ground floor is clad in stone curtain walls, while the upper floors feature champagne gold aluminum panels with copper-toned window frames. Doors and windows incorporate double-glazed, energy-efficient glass. The lightweight aluminum panels offer excellent waterproofing, stain resistance, and corrosion protection, ensuring longevity.

The entire park is thoughtfully organized into four core functional areas: a children’s playground, fitness and leisure zones, an outdoor reception area, and an outdoor salon. This design seeks a fresh balance between urban living and nature, aligning with contemporary lifestyles. The southern residential elevated system introduces Shenyang’s first fully elevated clubhouse on the ground floor. With garden-view courtyards and an elevated clubhouse, residents enjoy the longest possible outdoor activity time throughout the year.

Luxury Living
The Aesthetic of Healthy Mansion Living
The residential buildings at Longfor Tianyi are deliberately staggered to maximize the distance between them, ensuring every unit enjoys unobstructed river views. The main unit layouts feature a single elevator serving two households, with sizes ranging from 170 to 220 square meters and four-bedroom configurations. These units meet essential functional needs while offering ample comfort. The standard layouts include double entrance halls, integrated LDK (living, dining, kitchen) spaces, and hotel-style luxury master suites. With intelligent and refined design elements, these residences rival world-class luxury homes.

To enhance spatial experience, the project selected German-imported Xuge system doors and windows after rigorous evaluation. Their slim profiles create expansive glass surfaces that ensure excellent transparency. The sliding windows provide a 270° panoramic view, filling homes with natural sunlight and offering close-up views of the park and distant cityscape of Shenyang.

The Skyline
Longfor Tianyi believes the key to creating a comfortable and healthy lifestyle lies in harmoniously integrating fundamental elements such as water, air, sunlight, temperature, and sound. This dedication represents the utmost care and respect for residents. The project adopts an international high-end design philosophy, implementing over 100 detailed refinements, embodying the pinnacle of three world-class standards. The essence can be summed up in three words: luxury, elegance, and minimalism.
