Located in Taiziwan, the central commercial hub of Nanshan, Shenzhen, Ruixi overlooks Shenzhen Bay and connects key areas including various Shenzhen districts, Hong Kong International Airport, and Macau, serving as a gateway to global destinations. The project is conveniently adjacent to upscale art venues such as K11, world-class cultural centers, yacht docks, and the newly established Shekou Cruise Center. Residents enjoy a premium lifestyle circle that perfectly balances business and leisure, offering an extraordinary international community experience.
At 250 meters tall, Ruixi will be the tallest residential building in the Taiziwan area, with completion expected by mid-2023. Covering a total planned area of 139,000 square meters, the project offers unmatched club and leisure facilities. The tower is vertically divided into two main zones, each accessible via private elevators that lead directly to shared sky gardens and amenities. Nick Cordingley, design partner at 10 Design, explains, “Our concept for this luxury residence began with the idea of a lavish homecoming experience. The core challenge was to enhance the seamless connection with natural elements — air, light, sea views, and mountain vistas — throughout the entire journey home.”
The luxurious arrival starts as residents step onto Binhai Avenue. From a private garden-style drop-off area to a two-story garden atrium elevator lobby and a spacious outdoor balcony extending the living space outdoors, every detail embodies an exceptional quality of life.
The design adopts a streamlined single-core tube structure, featuring diverse layouts tailored to different preferences. These include two- and three-bedroom apartments with elegant garden views in the lower zone, three-bedroom apartments with unique landscapes and spacious balconies in the upper zone, and duplex apartments at the top offering 360-degree panoramic views alongside garden-style swimming pools.
Cordingley adds, “Throughout the design process, we placed special emphasis on highly personalized and premium supporting facilities to further elevate the exquisite and noble lifestyle.”
The exclusive Gulf Club for residents exemplifies these top-tier amenities. Positioned as an aerial green oasis on the 46th floor of the tower, it offers panoramic views of the bright, beautiful coastline. The club features comprehensive sports, leisure, and social facilities, allowing residents to enjoy an unparalleled quality of life without leaving home.
At the base of the tower and above the podium, natural design elements and lively public garden terraces abound. A 30-meter infinity pool overlooks the sea, while the Haijing Garden terrace serves as a semi-private social venue for cultural exchange and community gatherings, fostering neighborhood cohesion.
