Located within the wetlands of the renowned TPC golf course in the United States, the newly opened global headquarters of the PGA Tour brings the entire office team together under one roof. This project was designed to offer a fresh office environment tailored for the post-pandemic era.
Emphasizing the physical and mental well-being of its users, the design integrates shaded outdoor terraces and comprehensive infrastructure to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering innovative collaboration.

The three-story low-rise building is nestled amidst lush greenery, complemented by a newly excavated artificial lake that enhances the views. The floor plan is centered around an atrium divided into two sections, addressing the company’s core social needs. Various meeting spaces are arranged around the courtyard, and a 6-meter-wide bridge connects both sections, facilitating spontaneous encounters and smoother communication without disrupting the circulation flow.

The grand staircase descending from the atrium adds a dynamic and visually fluid element to the space. Workspaces are distributed across the expansive terrace adjacent to the atrium and the top floor space at the building’s far end. A coffee shop located on the building’s west side offers stunning views of the golf course landscape. Directly below on the ground floor, a gym serves the daily wellness needs of employees.

The use of glass exterior walls and the central atrium maximizes natural light inside, allowing employees to fully experience the surrounding lush landscape. The raised floor design provides flexible surplus space for future functional changes. Simple and understated construction materials were selected to complement the vibrant office atmosphere.
