One Hundred is a residential tower overlooking St. Louis Forest Park, named after its address at 100 King’s Avenue in St. Louis.

This project marks Studio Gang’s first development in St. Louis. The tower rises over 380 feet (116 meters) tall, featuring 316 residential units across 520,000 square feet (48,310 square meters).

The building includes retail spaces, convenient amenities, parking facilities, and residential apartments that offer views of the park to the west and the iconic Gateway Arch to the east.

Each apartment features a corner living room with double-glazed windows, allowing ample natural light to fill the interior spaces.

The tower is organized in groups of four stacked floors. The facade inclines to create generous outdoor terraces atop each group, providing private terraces for a quarter of the apartments and shared amenity spaces on green roof platforms for the community.

This building captures the ever-changing light and weather of the forest park, providing a dynamic backdrop for leaves and snow.

The building’s leaf-shaped floor plan and layered volumes optimize environmental performance by leveraging solar orientation and site conditions. This design reduces overall energy consumption and enhances residents’ comfort.
