The home features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a small play area. Despite the limited space, the interior is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room acts as a central gathering spot for family members, doubling as a nostalgic corner rich with childhood memories and connections to loved ones.

The client specified that despite the compact size, the house must be fully functional. The living room serves not only as a reception area but also as a space for socializing with friends. The kitchen is designed to be open and transparent, allowing parents to keep an eye on children while they play. Emphasizing a human-centered design, the interior is well-ventilated, organized, light, and simple, with ample lighting and airflow throughout. Although the building is enclosed, the kitchen, living room, and other areas on the same floor are connected to create an open and cohesive space.

To meet these requirements, the design incorporates plants alongside raw materials such as red bricks and cement for the exterior, creating a natural and simple outdoor aesthetic. Inside, wood is the primary material, contrasted by white-painted walls that visually expand the space and add a touch of elegance. Cost efficiency was a key focus in this 45-square-meter residential design, making it an affordable option for the young couple. Meanwhile, the house’s distinctive facade stands out prominently within the alley.
