This 22-story apartment building accommodates 226 households, with unit sizes ranging from 84 to 168 square meters. The reception area features a mezzanine, offering residents and visitors a seamless connection to the surrounding green spaces. The rest of the building is dedicated to residential units and supporting facilities.

The architects prioritized coordination and harmony by using exposed, natural, and large-scale local materials throughout the building. They also ensured a clear and elegant color palette to unify the overall design.

Amani Apartments consist of two slender towers, each 9 meters wide and 64 meters tall. The space between them houses supporting facilities, intentionally separated to create a distinct architectural expression. The overhangs at each tower’s end blend interior and exterior spaces visually, integrating the building with its environment. This design makes the structure appear as if it is composed of interlocking puzzle pieces.

The architects placed leisure and entertainment areas on the first floor to connect residents with the surrounding greenery. By combining the building blocks in multiple dimensions, they created a simple yet fundamental geometric form that serves as the visual focal point upon entering the building. A white concrete block houses a water feature, reflecting natural light from the outdoor pool into the interior, establishing a subtle link between indoor and outdoor environments.

Each apartment is designed to ensure ample natural light and ventilation, allowing residents to enjoy panoramic views of the city, gardens, and even nearby volcanoes. Every unit features a private balcony, fostering a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Additionally, the relationship between the building and its environment is enhanced by 4,000 square meters of green space and 2,300 square meters of open rooftop area. These design features make Amani Apartments a standout architectural landmark in Puebla.
