House 77 is a classic seaside villa situated on a residential plot along the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul, approximately 130 kilometers from Porto Alegre. The property’s rear faces a serene lake.

The young homeowners envisioned a space for meditation in the living area that faces the lake. A beautifully designed balcony seamlessly connects the public spaces with the lake and the outdoor terrace. Despite this open integration, the private areas remain tranquil and secluded.

The first floor features leisure and entertainment spaces, a service area, a bathroom, and the first suite. Entering through the main door, you step into the leisure area, which offers stunning views of the outdoor space, including the swimming pool and lake. A large opening in the house’s structure enhances connectivity, allowing natural light and fresh summer breezes to flow through, creating a refreshing atmosphere.

The second floor is dedicated entirely to private living spaces. It houses three suites, each offering beautiful views of the surroundings. Wooden shutters at the openings provide shade and privacy when closed and can be folded away to open up the view.
