The Grand Hotel Rovini Park offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. From any point within the hotel, guests feel immersed in a park setting overlooking Rovini, the island of Saint Euphemia – Saint Catherine, and the mesmerizing sunset over the sea. Situated on the coastline, the hotel is conveniently close to yacht docks and park trails that link the city center to the Montemurini tourist attractions.

To harmonize with the existing forest landscape, prominent floors are staggered to follow the sloping terrain. This design creates expansive terraces, a Mediterranean-style garden, a swimming pool, and a sun deck. The reception lobby features a small pub with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant, connected to the main dining area by a central staircase.

The hotel’s landscape gains its significance from five pine trees that have stood on the site for over fifty years. The conference hall boasts Europe’s largest glass curtain wall, offering views of the Rovini Peninsula. The wellness area includes a spa, sunbathing zones, and three swimming pools spread over two floors, overlooking the surrounding forest and town. The main pool is partly enclosed in a glass pavilion that opens during summer, seamlessly blending indoor spaces with the park and sea.

Italian architect Piero Lissoni led the interior design. The public spaces feature a rich blend of styles and carefully crafted furniture pieces, which together create a distinctive narrative despite their individual differences.

Pay close attention to the design details—the earthy tones permeate the space, creating a striking contrast with the surrounding blue sky and sea.

The park trail area stands out from other spaces in both function and design. It serves as a square equipped with various amenities, creating a new social gathering spot.

The water features foster a relaxed ambiance, while carefully chosen tiles and lush greenery provide an inviting and charming backdrop.
