As the industrialization level of residential buildings continues to improve, the use of prefabricated exterior wall panels, beams, stairs, and other components has become increasingly common in construction projects. Installation and Construction of Prefabricated Stacked Yangding Plates
When hoisting prefabricated balconies, use the four lifting rings embedded in the panels.
During the hoisting process, pause when the balcony panel is about 500mm away from the working surface. At this point, adjust its position carefully before proceeding with the installation.
After aligning the control lines and placing the balcony panel, make fine adjustments to ensure it is horizontally level. Finally, use a U-shaped bracket to fine-tune the elevation.
Once the balcony is hoisted and installed, calibrate it thoroughly to guarantee the quality of the installation.
