1. Operation Points
1. The formwork support for the post-pouring strip must be designed as an independent system. This design should not interfere with the installation or removal of the full scaffold. Additionally, the upper and lower columns should be aligned along the same axis. Concrete for the post-pouring strip must not be removed before the pouring process is complete. Floor passages should have reserved openings for the frame according to the specified locations on the plan. The surface of the post-pouring strip must be protected and strictly maintained throughout the process.
2. After pouring the cast-in-place slab, the upper side formwork of the pouring strip should be precisely aligned with the steel reinforcement and securely installed. Alternatively, it can be firmly supported with steel wire mesh or slab mesh. Wooden blocks must be placed on both sides of the upper opening, and wooden formwork should be used to seal and protect the area until the concrete pouring is carried out.
3. Once concrete has been poured on both sides of the basement roof slab, water-blocking platforms will be installed. The exterior walls of the basement will then be poured according to the design plan.
