Flat panel concrete products—such as solid floor slabs, solid wall panels, laminated floor slabs, laminated wall panels, sandwich panels, and external cladding panels—are manufactured on assembly lines with varying degrees of automation.
The process begins with the converted prefabrication production drawings being automatically sent to the factory’s main control computer. This central system (integrated decoration) then distributes the relevant data to each workstation.
The template table undergoes several steps: it first passes through an automatic cleaning machine, then is supported by a molding robot. Next, a plotter automatically draws the design, followed by manual mold support. A release agent is then sprayed automatically, reinforcement is added manually, and concrete is poured automatically. Finally, the panel enters the curing room for hardening. After curing, the finished product is lifted and transported to the construction site for installation.
Implementing automated production processes significantly enhances efficiency and capacity, reduces costs, and optimizes resource allocation.
While the initial investment for an automated assembly line is higher compared to a fixed production line, its production efficiency is unmatched.
Factories producing prefabricated parts can customize the level of automation equipment based on their specific needs.
