1. Welcome to Xiong’an – The Future is Here!
On January 2, 2019, the Overall Plan for Xiong’an New District in Hebei Province (2018–2035) was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, drawing widespread attention. This visionary plan outlines a “Future City” characterized by blue skies, green landscapes, integrated waterways, and a harmonious balance between humans and nature. By 2035, Xiong’an aims to become a high-level socialist modern city that is green, low-carbon, intelligent, livable, business-friendly, competitive, and influential.
Xiong’an New Area is set to become a national model for high-quality development and a core part of the Digital China strategy. As large-scale construction accelerates, the cityscape will be filled with bustling activity and numerous tower cranes.
To support this green and intelligent development, the exhibition promotes the integration of advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and BIM with the construction industry. The goal is to accelerate industrial upgrading, innovate construction methods, enable intelligent project management, and ensure a greener, smarter, and more efficient construction process.

The 4th Xiong’an Digital Construction and Smart Construction Site Equipment Exhibition will be held from September 10 to 12, 2020, at Xiongxian Packaging City Square. Simultaneously, the 4th Xiong’an Urban Construction and Green Building Expo will take place.
This exhibition, themed “Using Green as a Medium – Building a Beautiful Xiong’an for the Next Millennium”, spans over 20,000 square meters. It showcases digital construction, big data, cloud computing, IoT, BIM, and smart construction site technologies and products. Due to limited space, booths will be assigned based on registration order.
Key events during the exhibition include high-quality forums, summits, supply-demand matchmaking meetings, and new product launches. Multiple sessions will cover topics including digital construction, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, BIM, prefabricated buildings, building industrialization, ultra-low energy buildings, green building materials, and investment and financing.
Speakers will include government officials, academicians, experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives. Construction units, state-owned enterprises, municipal construction organizations, engineering firms, real estate developers, and distributors based in Xiong’an New Area will also be invited.
Forum Speech Fee: 20,000 RMB for 20 minutes, including a conference room seating approximately 200 people, projector, screen, podium, chairs, sound system, stationery, water, and pre-exhibition promotion.

7. Registration Procedures:

1. Complete the “Exhibition Contract Form,” stamp it with your official seal, and send it to the exhibition office by scan or courier.
2. Transfer the required fees to the organizing committee’s designated account within 5 days of registration.
3. Booth allocation follows a “first come, first served” policy based on payment receipt; the organizing committee reserves the right to make minor adjustments.
4. Exhibitor logistics—including transportation, reception, registration, and accommodation—will be detailed in an exhibition manual sent approximately two weeks before the event.
