The 2020 China (Shenzhen) International Prefabricated Building Industry Exhibition (CIGBI), a key thematic event of the 47th China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Industry Expo, aims to connect domestic and international expertise. It strengthens the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s industry wisdom, explores new development trends in prefabricated buildings, and fosters industrial integration.
This exhibition fully implements national policies including the “13th Five-Year Plan for Prefabricated Buildings” by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, management measures for demonstration cities and industry bases, the “13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry,” and regional plans such as the “Special Plan for the Development of Prefabricated Buildings in Shenzhen (2018-2020).” It aligns closely with policy directions to promote supply-side structural reforms in construction, creating a one-stop procurement platform for new real estate projects. This event has become an annual centralized procurement hub for the upstream and downstream real estate industrial chain.
