314 Architecture Studio designed a house meant to be experienced as a theatrical scene, where the occupants become actors performing their daily lives. To ensure privacy, the architect surrounded the home with a curtain featuring an asymmetrical, curved cut on the exterior. This fence embraces the building’s volume, creating a dramatic and elegant presence on the outskirts of Gryfada, Greece.

The 314 building is a four-story terrace house comprising two bedrooms, a master bedroom, and a top-floor office. Its interior is characterized by an abstract minimalist art style, resulting in bright and modern spaces throughout the home. Both the interior and exterior surfaces feature white materials such as white marble and painted concrete floors and stairs.

The entrance level features an open-plan dining room and living room, which flow seamlessly into the kitchen. The living room boasts a double-height ceiling, with a bedroom overlooking this space. Large sliding glass doors provide stunning views of the outdoor garden and swimming pool, creating a strong connection between the interior and exterior.

A striking feature in the living room is a white bookshelf that reaches twice the normal height, visually elongating the space. The kitchen is minimalist and clean, distinguished by white marble with gray veins covering the custom island, countertops, cabinets, and walls.

The second floor contains two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One bedroom overlooks the living room, adding vibrancy and maintaining a connection between spaces. These bedrooms continue the white, minimalistic, and bright aesthetic, featuring a standout mirror inspired by the stars in the night sky.

During the day, natural light filters through tall dark metal-framed glass panels, filling the bedrooms with brightness. At night, white spherical lamps suspended from golden cords illuminate the bedside tables on each side of the bed. The master bedroom occupies the entire third floor and includes a small kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dressing room. It features openings and balcony passages on both sides.

These areas are separated by white sliding panels, and the kitchen can be enclosed by a sliding white wooden frame. On the top floor, there is an office connected to a rooftop terrace that features a beautiful garden and a massage bathtub. The terrace frames views of the urban landscape. The roof is also equipped with photovoltaic panels, effectively utilizing renewable energy and making the house an energy-efficient residence.
