This residence is situated within the country club area of Buenos Aires, where the existing trees provide natural shade and inspire dreams of peaceful living. The architecture integrates seamlessly with the surroundings, resembling a tree in a park. From here, one can admire the sky framed by treetops while enjoying the play of sunlight, shadows, reflections, and the soothing sounds of water. The home is designed for a young couple and their two children, showcasing BIM design principles.

The structure of the house defines both space and lifestyle, much like birds perched atop treetops. The hollow concrete web slab, resting on supports, appears to grow naturally from the trunk of a tree. Natural elements such as water, air, and light serve as climate regulators, dissolving traditional concepts of enclosed layers.

The design poetically merges park and building. A movable wooden grille system offers sun protection and privacy. This semi-open home evokes a strong connection to nature and the desire to live harmoniously with the environment.

Who hasn’t dreamed of climbing up into the treetops during childhood?
