▲ Dark door

Space is a container, and designers inject emotions and spatial elements into it. By combining the characteristics of the space itself and arranging spatial routes, the interpretation from emotions to sequences is completed, forming a complete story and becoming a place that is relevant. Through the sense of the space itself, a spiritual texture can be felt, and human emotions naturally ferment through experience······

▲ Realistic Space Scene

Douglas’ ” The Restaurant at the End of the Universe ‘inspired us. So we also imagine a bar where guests choose their own seats to sit down, drink small drinks, and wash away the glamour of the day.

▲ Demonstration of Spatial Analysis

After many twists and turns, we obtained a piece of land, but entering the interior space requires passing through a narrow L-shaped corridor, which serves as the only passage for guests to enter. Next, we will begin to hypothesize how to provide guests with an interesting experience while passing through this L-shaped corridor.

▲ Spatial distribution area

We adopted a three-stage design, dividing the entire site into three spaces, each creating a different atmosphere and connected together through doors. This can be said to be a deductive method of spatial sequence, but in fact, it turns the defects of the space itself into the characteristics of the site.

▲ Entrance

The first paragraph is the Tunnel of Light. The tunnel formed by the white aluminum plate wrapping seems to have entered the spacecraft, and the circles of color changing light strips and the glass reflection at the end extend the depth of space.

▲ Tunnel of Light

The second paragraph is about the Bridge of Light. At the end of the first tunnel, there is a button that, when pressed, will open a hidden door on the side and enter the Bridge of Light. The steps climb up the stairs, and as the footsteps move forward, the bridge deck gradually widens from narrow to wide. The mirrored ceiling and light strips that run through the walls/floors make the entire space more surreal. The contemplative sculpture in the distance and the holographic projection mapping of the universe serve as the conclusion of this spatial sequence, and also suggest the beginning of a true experience.

▲ Spatial elements

The third paragraph is the Hall of Light. On the left and right walls, the space is outlined by golden/red lights, resembling a spaceship and a wine cabinet. In front of the huge projection screens in front and behind the space, there is a stationary stage at one end and a bar at the other end. Guests can easily find a seat here, drink small drinks, listen to music, and watch the colorful crowd. Do you wonder if the way out leads to home or another corner······
