The headquarters office building serves as a reflection of corporate culture, emphasizing the company’s unique identity while providing a comfortable workspace for employees. As the cradle of a company’s future value and aspirations, the headquarters embodies the corporate spirit by fostering communication with both consumers and the wider community.

Embodying the Corporate Spirit of ‘Change and Innovation’: The architects aimed to fully express Midong’s philosophy of continuous improvement through change and innovation. Rather than using conventional architectural styles, the design embraces a distinctive and innovative appearance that reflects this ethos.

Creating a Warm and Bright Atmosphere: The architects prioritized a building that promotes happiness and comfort for employees, avoiding a cold or overly formal aesthetic. The design integrates eco-friendly concepts, resulting in bright, inviting interior spaces.

Capturing the City’s Attention: As a six-story office building, it can be challenging to stand out as a city landmark. To achieve this, the architects designed an innovative facade that transforms the building into a striking urban feature. The Media Facade combines light, integrated digital technology, and art, showcasing Midong Electronics’ cutting-edge LED expertise.
The unique slanted angles of the facade symbolize the company’s commitment to change and innovation, reinforcing Midong’s leadership in the electronics industry. This pioneering corporate image is represented through “digital particles” — dynamic, multidimensional facade elements that shift with light. Behind the facade, scattered garden terraces and a gem-like framework harmonize with the BIM design and interior, symbolizing the seamless communication and integration between Midong Electronics and Telecommunications, both internally and externally.

Defining the Architectural Core: The heart of any office building is its core space. By reconfiguring the existing core, the architects created a new lobby and hall that offer a welcoming and pleasant internal environment.

Office Space Layout: The fifth and sixth floors are divided into two functional zones: workspace and public areas. The creative center of Midong consists of conference rooms and a staircase connecting these two floors, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Rooftop Garden: The rooftop garden’s layout and facade follow the same design principles as the rest of the building. It features various plants and offers spaces for outdoor photography, barbecues, and employee training sessions. This outdoor area provides a relaxing environment where employees can unwind and enjoy a range of activities.
