How to Ensure All Saved Files in Revit Display the Same View During Saving
When preparing files for training, it is important to have all RVT models display a consistent view.
1. For example, if you want to save all the content of a layer after creating it, configure the save options as shown in the image below:
2. After setting the options as illustrated, the saving process will standardize the thumbnail view to the specified “Source View” upon saving.
3. The image above represents the saved view. When you open the file, this is the content displayed immediately after saving. You only need to set this once to apply it to all saved files.
