On January 15, 2019, the 2019 Hainan Province Prefabricated Building Demonstration and Safety & Civilized Construction Standardization Observation Meeting was successfully held at the Vanke Lakeside · Tongxin Home Phase 12 Project Department of Zhejiang Prefabricated Construction Boyuan Construction Co., Ltd. Nearly a thousand leaders and industry peers from various levels across Hainan Province attended the event.
Vanke continues to lead the industrial residential construction sector. This project prominently features the comprehensive application of Vanke’s 5+2+X prefabricated construction technology system. The “5” focuses on project quality: utilizing aluminum formwork, all-concrete exterior walls, prefabricated interior partitions, and self-elevating scaffolding, while coordinating multiple spaces and specialties with thorough overlapping construction.
The “2” emphasizes reducing construction time and labor costs by implementing prefabricated decoration and moderate prefabrication processes. The “X” represents BIM-assisted design and building intelligence integration.
As the general contractor, Boyuan Construction’s Vanke Lakeside Tongxin Home Project Department dedicated itself to thoroughly understanding and accurately implementing the essence of the “5+2+X” system. They carefully studied Vanke’s design requirements for prefabricated projects, achieved technical breakthroughs, adhered to model guidance, and strictly followed standardized construction procedures. This approach enabled them to explore practical and effective construction methods in the emerging field of prefabricated engineering, leading to satisfactory results.
In terms of civilized construction, the team actively promoted green construction practices. They installed fog cannon machines onsite, equipped walls and tower cranes with sprinkler systems, planted green lawns over bare soil, and covered slopes up to 100 meters long with artificial turf to control dust. Edge protection, tower crane safety, and construction elevator doors were standardized, while safety passages and protective sheds utilized steel pillars for durability and aesthetics.
This approach garnered high praise from Vanke Enterprise Management Company, construction authorities in Sanya, Hainan Province, and various community sectors.
Attending representatives observed the on-site demonstration of the Vanke Lakeside Tongxin Home prefabricated building, along with Boyuan Construction’s safety management and civilized construction practices.
