Beyond the common advantages and disadvantages of BIM 4D models, there are several additional benefits:

For particularly complex projects, 4D simulation can use virtual prototypes to model assembly lines and procedures, facilitating intricate assembly tasks. On the left side of the building model, factors such as structure, workflows, material assembly habits, cost constraints, energy consumption limits, regulations, and size/function restrictions must be considered.
