BIM Software Tip: How to Browse Navisworks Files in PowerPoint

1. In PowerPoint, click on the File tab, then select Customize Ribbon.

2. In the customization options, enable the Developer tab by checking the box next to it, as shown in the image.

3. Once the Developer tab is visible in the PowerPoint toolbar, click on it, then select More Controls.

4. From the list of controls, choose either Navisworks Integrated Control 9 MDI (for the 2012 version) or Navisworks Integrated Control 10 MDI (for the 2013 version).

5. Draw a box on your slide, right-click it, select Properties, and enter the path to your Navisworks file in the SRC field.
