The key objectives and components of Green BIM include: (1) achieving sustainability and energy efficiency; (2) setting evaluation benchmarks and performing calibration analyses; and (3) utilizing information systems and visualization techniques within the BIM framework. The application of Green BIM in building energy efficiency spans several domains, including: (1) Building Information Modeling (BIM), (2) Building Performance Analysis (BPA), (3) decision-making cycles, (4) Sustainable Design, and (5) Building Lifecycle Management (BLM).
