Detailed object information provides contractors with material quantities and verification data during construction.
Operation and Maintenance: The building model includes representations of all equipment, along with detailed maintenance data. During facility management, stakeholders can use the BIM model to track progress and assign responsibilities. Maintenance personnel can access the model to understand schedules, tasks, and accountability.
