How can you set the floor heights for three buildings of different heights when drawing them in the same REVIT file?
If you subdivide the floors in the left panel according to the unique floor heights of each building, you will end up with a large number of floors, making the model more complex. On the other hand, if you set all three buildings to use the floor height of just one building, it will make producing drawings more complicated.
Alternatively, you might consider creating each building in a separate file and then assembling them together after modeling. However, this is generally not ideal, as there are usually not many buildings in a single file and this approach can make modeling inconvenient.
Of course, if you really want to use this method, it is still possible. One advantage of Revit over some domestic calculation software is that it is based on work planes rather than only floor plans. With work planes, each elevation can be assigned as a separate work plane.
You have the flexibility to choose where and how to draw specific elevations. Moreover, you can freely adjust axis and elevation lines to any position and also set the range of influence for each.
