Embracing poetry as its unique cultural theme, Unit 06-01, N12-1101 will showcase elegant new Chinese-style prefabricated buildings rising majestically amidst an expansive cherry blossom and peach blossom rainforest.
Project Overview
This development is situated in Gucun Town, Baoshan District, Shanghai, inside the Outer Ring Road. It lies southwest of the intersection between the Outer Ring Road viaduct and the north-south viaduct. The site measures approximately 306 meters east to west and 287 meters north to south, bordered by Fuchang Road to the east, Lianyi Road to the south, Gongbao Road to the west, and Lianhui Road to the north. The total construction land area covers 70,210.4 square meters.
The project comprises 11 high-rise residential buildings (16 to 18 floors), 19 four-story residential buildings, 6 three-story multi-family buildings, a two-story property management building, a centralized underground parking garage, and several single-floor supporting facilities. The total construction area is approximately 194,121.21 square meters, with 126,378.72 square meters above ground and 64,183 square meters underground.
Construction is managed by the Fifth Construction Group, a subsidiary of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, which is part of the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Construction Industrialization Industry.

High-rise residential building
Buildings 2 through 36 utilize an assembled integral sandwich insulation shear wall structure, achieving a prefabrication rate of 40%. Key prefabricated components include sandwich insulation wall panels, external partition panels, composite floor slabs, balconies, bay windows, stairs, and additional elements.
Construction began in March this year and is expected to be completed by May 2019.
